Confident Voice Studio is Hiring Music Teachers!

Did you hate music lessons as a kid? 

Help us change music lessons for Confident Voice Studio kids (and adults)!

What you’ll do:
– Help students fall in love with music by having a blast!
– Teach students ages 4+ including adults
– Teach students in classes and private lessons.
– Prepare students for Performance parties (aka recitals).

We’re looking for teachers to teach:

• Voice
• Piano
• Guitar
• Violin

Multiple instruments a plus. (you don’t have to be an advanced/expert on every one.)

What you WON’T have to do:
– Deliver makeup lessons
– Worry about curriculum
– Scheduling
– Billing
– Marketing
– Collecting payments
– Policy questions

What we are looking for:
– Ability to adapt to any situation.
– Engaging and outgoing “camp counselor” type attitude.
– Voice teaching experience (multiple instruments a plus!)

Job Details:

• $20-28/hour for teaching. $14.00/hour for training, meetings, or prep time.
• Starts part time, can grow to full time. (30-40 hrs)
• Prime teaching times are Monday through Thursday 3pm-8pm, Friday 2-7, Sat 9-2pm. 
• Access to rehearsal/performance space
• Professional development workshops and trainings

A college degree in music is NOT required. We want musicians with real world performance and teaching experience who love teaching. 

COIVD 19 Protocol Update: This position will teach in-person and online. We’re reopening for in-person gradually with protocols starting June 16th. HEPA filtration in every room, masks, temp checks at the door, sanitizing commonly touched areas in between lessons, fresh air in rooms.  And online will always be an option for clients, just like it was before the pandemic. (we’ve proudly been teaching voice and piano online for 5 years!)
