Do you Struggle with Getting Enough Sleep?

Do you Struggle with Getting Enough Sleep?

Hello!

How are you?

I’m feeling great today. Mostly because I’ve had a good night’s sleep.

I’ve been paying attention to my sleep quite a bit since the beginning of the year.

Adults need seven to eight hours of sleep every night and teens need nine, yet studies show that far too many people don’t get the sleep they need.

At least 35% of American adults get less than seven hours of sleep each night, and a whopping 97% of teenagers don’t get the nine hours they need.

A lack of sleep compromises your performance at work and can contribute to serious health problems – including obesity and diabetes.

If you struggle to get enough sleep, a soothing bedtime routine can help.

Here are three important components of a good routine

I wonder, which might you incorporate into your evenings. Comment and let me know.
